How do the boxes work?
The boxes contain various craft and art based activities that have been designed to help children with their emotions, process change, and become happier in the present moment. The boxes are based around mindfulness, art therapy and positive psychology. The boxes are fun and age appropriate and help your child develop a positive mindset.
Can the boxes be used without supervision?
Due to small parts we advise for children to be supervised at all times. It's best to be with your child during the craft activities as the discussion and dialogue between child and carer/parent is important for the therapeutic benefits of the boxes.
I signed up to a monthly box, when will I receive my first box?
Sign up anytime by the end of the month to receive the following months subscription box. After you receive your first order, the regular billing date for all customers will 1st of each month. Subscription boxes are shipped around the 10th of the month.
I have subscribed to a monthly plan, how do I manage my account?
You can login to your account here. This is where you can pause, cancel or resume your monthly subscription. If you are having problems accessing your account, or want us to manually manage your account, please contact email@example.com
When will my Gift box arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours if you have placed the order on a weekday. We send by Royal Mail 2nd class untracked, but if you want special delivery just contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I receive an order outside of the UK?
Yes you can, but now the UK has left the EU, any customer outside of the UK will now have to pay an additional EU VAT to receive a package. This will be paid for my the customer to the local customs office.
Is my order affected by delays caused by the impact of COVID?
Royal Mail service is back to normal now.
Can I add a personal message in gift boxes?
Yes just add your message at the checkout.
What is your refund and return policy?
You can return the box unused within 7 days and we will refund your order.
What's your faulty item policy?
Full refunds will be issued for faulty items, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box.
